It is the perfect reflection of Laurent’s ethos: life’s a party, so treat yourself! That is why we select the best drinks and pastries (Brian Joyeux – 3, rue du Congrès – 1000 Brussels) to go with our chocolates at any time of the year.

  1. The world of chocolate making

    Discover the world of chocolate making at a chocolate workshop for beginners, run by Laurent Gerbaud every Saturday: taste a variety of different cocoa beans and create your own chocolates to take home with you!

    With friends, family or colleagues… Any occasion is the right occasion to enjoy a special moment together in our kitchen.


The workshops are held in accordance with current health regulations.

The workshop is divided into two parts

1) The creation of your mendiants (small squares of dark chocolate decorated with dried/candied fruit): aprons on, mould, create, unmould, wrap, taste!

2) A tasting to educate the palate: try twelve chocolates that will introduce you to a selection of cocoa varieties, then taste some of the musts in the Laurent Gerbaud collection.

All workshop participants enjoy 10% off their purchases in the shop on the day of the workshop.
